Shipping & Refundable Insurance Policy Company: CargoExpressLogi 1. Scope of Service CargoExpressLogi provides domestic and international transport and logistics services for commercial and personal shipments. All shipments are subject to this Shipping & Refundable Insurance Policy. By booking a shipment, the sender and receiver agree to all terms below. 2. Mandatory Refundable Insurance Fee (Pre-Shipment) To protect all shipments, every package must be covered by a refundable insurance fee equal to 75% of the declared value of the shipment. This fee: Must be paid in full before the package is shipped Is mandatory for all customers Equals 75% of the package’s declared value Is fully refundable after successful delivery and inspection Acts as temporary security against loss, damage, theft, or customs issues No package will be dispatched until the 75% refundable insurance fee has been paid and confirmed. 3. Declared Value & Verification The sender must declare the true market value of the goods. CargoExpressLogi reserves the right to verify or request proof of value. False declarations may result in loss of refund and cancellation of shipment. 4. Refund Process After delivery and inspection: If no damage, loss, or claim occurs, the insurance fee will be refunded to the original payment method. 5. Non-Refundable Situations The insurance fee may be partially or fully retained if: The item is improperly packaged The contents are misdeclared The shipment contains illegal or restricted items A loss, damage, or customs claim is made The receiver refuses or fails to collect the package 6. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure all shipment details are accurate and lawful and that goods are properly packaged. 7. Limitation of Liability CargoExpressLogi is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or authorities. The refundable insurance fee represents the maximum temporary security coverage unless additional insurance is purchased. 8. Policy Changes CargoExpressLogi may update this policy at any time.
